Custom cabinets & millwork for new Timberline Bank building
September 8, 2020
Osburn Cabinets provided custom cabinets, counters, storage, and millwork throughout the new Timberline Bank building in Grand Junction, Colorado. We were involved with the architect, Blythe Group + co, and the contractor, FCI Grand Junction, to help plan and bring their vision to life, manufacture the cabinets and custom millwork, and install all the various pieces throughout the building. The entire process, from initial drawings to installation took 10-months.
The first floor features a coffee bar, teller counter, staff bathroom, and a large breakroom featuring custom cabinets with Formica 6413-NG Silver Riftwood in horizontal grain applied. The breakrooms and kitchens feature a 3cm Salone Polished granite counter, while the teller stations use a 3cm polished quartz counter in Concrete.
The second-floor break room utilizes the same cabinets but with a forged steel laminate countertop.
The large kitchen, breakroom, board room, conference room & closets, and bathrooms on the third-floor feature rustic or knotty alder cabinets in husk suede stain with 2cm Daltile NQ67 polished strawberry patch quartz counters. Osburn also provided custom 3-panel alder interior doors throughout this floor and custom alder wall-cladding throughout the building.
The bar and pantry on the 4th floor are the same Silver Riftwood cabinets from the first- and second-floors with Daltile NQ56 Columbus Brown quartz counters, and Osburn Cabinets sourced 1” thick acrylic shelving for the space.
Osburn also provided Mocket Brackets, undermount sinks, crown molding, casing, base molding, and live-edge walnut throughout the space.
